I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable my stay was. To make matters worse, my room had no air conditioning, only a fan that barely circulated the hot air. The noise from the streets was unbearable, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from neighboring rooms.

the hotel was nice enough but, can you believe there were hot water issues? cold showers are not exactly on my wish list. and that plastic under the sheets? not the comfort I expected. I was really thinking of giving a good review, but where's my room upgrade? unbelievable,

Staff was friendly and helpful, they had a good handle on local taxis and dining spots, kinda made everything easier for us you know. Plus, the breakfast was a decent spread though it could use more variety, that’s for sure.
